April is Stress Awareness Month

April is Stress Awareness Month and it’s the perfect time to take some time for you! You only need a few minutes a day to give yourself a mental break.  Meditation, Breathing exercises, a Face Mask, Dancing, Stretching…there is so many things you can do to de-stress.

If you need help calming the chaos, I’ve got the perfect solution—lavender. Lavender is commonly used for stress relief in aromatherapy. It also has many skin-boosting benefits, including soothing and calming the skin.
